4 DIY easy organic face mask you MUST try this weekend!

We all love a relaxing weekend, so why not try out these super simple organic facemasks? With just a few simple ingredients, you could get pampered with natural ingredients that will leave your skin shining and glowing.

To... Improve Uneven Skin Texture And Tone

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon of natural, plain yogurt.

- 1 tablespoon of honey.

- 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.

Just like milk, yogurt is filled to the brim with lactic acid which makes a visible difference to the skin by lifting away rough and lackluster surface cells to uncover much newer, brighter ones.

To... Brighten up your complexion

Ingredients:

-  1/2 a lemon

- 1 spoon of honey (the more organic, the better)

Mix one tablespoon of organic raw honey and half a squeezed lemon into a bowl and apply all over your face, avoiding the eye area. Now, let your skin soak up all this goodness for 15-30 minutes (depending on how sensitive your skin is). Wash away with warm water, finishing with one splash of cold water to close your pores. Pat gently with a towel to dry. Let your skin breathe for the rest of the day, or follow up with your favorite moisturizer/serum.

To... tighten up your pores and skin

Ingredients:

- 1 egg white.

- 1 tablespoon of honey.

- A little squeeze of lemon juice.

Both the egg white and lemon juice have clever astringent properties that will tighten the skin and make enlarged pores much less obvious. It's the perfect pre-foundation ritual - just be careful not to get any in your mouth!

The addition of honey is important, as it'll boost your skin's moisture levels, provide suppleness and take away that uncomfortable, taught feeling.

 To... exfoliate and hydrate

Ingredients:

- 1/3 cup of oatmeal

- 1/2 hot (not boiling) water

- 2 teaspoons of Honey

- Vitamin E / C capsules

- 1 spoon of plain yogurt

- 1 egg white

Combine 1/2 cup hot—not boiling—water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. After the water and oatmeal have settled for two or three minutes, mix in 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and one small egg white. Apply a thin layer of the mask to your face, and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. (Be sure to place a metal or plastic strainer in your sink to avoid clogging the drain with the granules.)
